German police are currently training their dogs to accept wearing shoes. The blue plastic fibre shoes are to protect the dogs’ feet in an effort to protect their pads from injury.

This should never happen. It doesn’t need to happen, there are no excuses, it simply should not ever happen. I guess my opinion on this is fairly clear, isn’t it?
What I’m referring to is the unfortunate, and cruel, death of a South Carolina police dog after being left in a police cruiser.
